That Times article (“How far gone are we”) is already behind the curve. The admin is ignoring certain court orders, like the one to stop selling people into Venezuelan prison slavery (something something gangs something eating the cats we can deport whoever wherever whenever) or the one to restore much of USAID’s planned expenditures. They’re also ignoring established precedent from other court cases on a number of fronts.
What’s terrifying is that these are not end goals, these are trial balloons. Now, their ‘third term project is meaty enough to be an ‘end goal’. So is the massive privatization wave coming behind the current sacking of the federal government. They’ll do as much damage as they can to TFG’s list of public enemies as well.
