    US taxpayers are funding a Zika vaccine.
    And if Zika ever hits us here in Canada we will thank you and due to a rational health care system pay half the price you will. (See EpiPen)

    Obviously teaching hospitals are largely considered to be more expensive
    Eh? You people in the USA have a seriously screwed up health care chaos model. System is not the word for it.
