Sometimes, at least. Axios had a story that claims Biden has a temper at times, but this, at least seems like something worth yelling about:

Biden aides still talk about how angry he got at Jeff Zients, then the administration’s “COVID czar,” in late 2021 when there was a shortage of testing kits as the Omicron variant spread. (The rage was temporary. Zients is now Biden’s chief of staff.)

Because it’s not like people died or anything…

Unfortunately, instead of exiling Zients to Siberia, he made him his chief of staff, but, at least, there was more awareness in the White House of their fucking incompetence (and, yes, that’s what it was).
