We’re Not Done with the Senate: We Need Warnock to Win

The good news is that it appears Democrats will have at least fifty seats in the Senate (out of one hundred). With Vice President Harris as the tie-breaker (the vice president can break ties in the Senate, and is the ultimate presiding officer of the Senate), that means Democrats will control the Senate. This is good, but having 51 seats would be far better–it would weaken Republicans and thus make committees function more smoothly, including the Judiciary Committee, which appoints federal judges.

The good news is Democrats can get 51 seats! If Warnock wins his runoff against Walker in Georgia. So, if you can, you might want to help Warnock out a bit.

Also, Georgia deserves better representation than Walker.
