    Grumble: that’s a depressing first link to start the day, especially for someone whose new year’s resolution is to spend more time reading (novels in his second language) this year…

    It mentions Alex Hutchinson’s book Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?, which is excellent, but also depressing in that my takeaway from it was that basically no matter how much exercise you do, there’s still gain to be had from doing more.
