That’s it. While this is very suspenseful, it’s not especially informative. If you’re going to do this, at least make it entertaining, like so:

While this doesn’t improve the information content, it would amuse the reviewer.
Seriously, always have someone not intimately involved with writing the grant proofread it. You’ll be glad you did.
Once I had a grant that had right in the middle of the Lit Rev section:
“… which is the opposite of what that fucking twit Dr. XXX said [remember to replace]”
hopefully Dr. XXX was not you or someone you know/like.
