The “cauliflower looking” things are ornamental kale!
We’ve got some snapdragons that are in complete defiance of the season. They even keep trying to put out flowers, but frost keeps taking them. Still, since that frost should have taken the plants themselves, I’m still pretty impressed.
I also saw a hardy little pansy still blooming in the snow.
