And I don’t mean that in a good way. Lest you think he’s one dimensional, Republican Rep. Todd Akin, who has simultaneously reinvigorated Sen. Claire McCaskill’s campaign as well as sent Republican colleagues fleeing as fast as they can, has had other interesting opinions:
School Lunches
In 2010, he was one of 13 to vote against expressing support for the goals and ideals of the National School Lunch Program.
Missing And Exploited Children
In 2003, he and 13 other Republicans voted against a five year reauthorization of a law that provides support for missing and exploited children.
What a horrible person.
The comment was irresponsible and an insult to all intelligent life on earth. A cause to boot this guy has spread across Facebook.

Did these guys miss hearing about the social contract? Did they miss the New Testament? I don’t get the contradictions. I need some sort of context to understand these people.
