Having attended Fashion’s Night Out on Thursday, I can now verify that, distressingly, the douchebags that grace the pages of The Improper Bostonian, Style, and other magazines for people with poor taste and insufficiently high marginal tax rates exist in far greater numbers than is preferable. Nonetheless, closing off Newbury Street so people could stroll around was nifty. It also let me take some pictures–I like this one the best:
