The Clinton campaign has leaned heavily on the notions that Clinton is electable and that they are the pragmatists who get things done.
So why did the Clinton campaign fail to ensure that their delegates actually attended the convention?
That’s right: because of delegate no-shows, it appears Clinton lost delegates and Sanders won Nevada.
This probably doesn’t matter in terms of delegate counts (it will only be a couple), but this doesn’t speak well towards notions of electability, of doing the small things it takes to win.
As always, there are good arguments for both candidates–neither of them is perfect. But some arguments are bullshit–having your campaign not get your pledge delegates to show up does not speak to organizational strength. At all.
