  1. Thanks for linking the Siva Vaidhyanathan article on Rutgers vs. Ms. Rice. Vaidhyanathan gets it exactly right: it’s not about free speech, it’s about Ms. Rice having lied us into Iraq and thus not having the moral standing to address a graduating class.
