I’m a native Boston guy, but my family bailed when I was in elementary school. My two older kids went to school in Boston. I’m like you in appreciating stonework in older buildings. My family’s beautiful three decker in Dorchester (Parlor in front, porch all the way across the back, beautiful wide stairwells next to the parlor) sold for $11,400 in 1976. Still looks beautiful on Google Earth.
