Did We Give Up When the Germans Bombed Pearl Harbor?

Hell no!

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said on Sunday cited Iran’s control of their own capital, Tehran, as a reason that the country had to be stopped from obtaining a nuclear weapon….

“Moreover, we have to stand up to Iran’s attempts to drive for regional dominance,” he continued. “They already control Tehran and, increasingly, they control Damascus and Beirut and Baghdad. And now, Sena’a as well.”

Senator Cotton is the ‘mastermind’ behind the letter to the Iranian government that could potentially undermine a nuclear arms control agreement with Iran.

This august solon is also a magna cum laude Harvard graduate. He’s damaging the market value of that degree, I think.

You are being too kind. I was listening to a BBC World Service program a few days ago and the host and a couple of ‘experts’ were discussing Cotton’s brilliant Letter to Tehran idea. I swear they were having trouble not falling out of their seats they were laughing so hard.

Where do you get these clowns? They empty out the asylums once every 2 years to reduce costs?

I was really impressed with his idea of negotiating with Tehran while resolutely holding out for regime change. At this rate the ayatollahs will be running the country longer than the Castros have managed Cuba.

It’s absolutely astounding just how stupid the things Senator Cotten says actually are. On the (perhaps optimistic) theory that nobody that stupid could get thru Harvard, it really says something about how stupid he thinks his constituents are. If I lived in Arkansas, I would be massively insulted.
