    Re: Newbury Street’s stale restaurant scene, I cooked in the kitchens at both Sonsie and Stephanie’s. At one point, the upstairs residential tenants complained about the smell of the vents (they pay high rents too). The restaurant owner found a solution: buy the building just to shut them up. Newbury is not for the faint of heart
