Slut Pills and the Scourge of ‘Consequence-Free Sex’

Movement conservative commentator Erick Erickson, who inexplicably used to be paid money by CNN to opine about things, tweeted this about the Hobby Lobby decision, which allows corporations to not cover birth control in the healthcare they provide:

It’s the “consequence free sex” part that cracks me up. He writes as if that were a bad thing. Most couples, unmarried and married, want consequence free sex. They spend a not-insignificant amount of time and money to ensure that sex lacks consequences–that is, the woman doesn’t get pregnant. I’m pretty sure Erickson, as big an idiot as he is, understands how babies are made (though I could be wrong about that).

What he’s really angry about is the idea that women–unmarried adult women at that–are out there having sex. Might even be enjoying it too.

Given that we’re a nation of sluts, it’s really frightening how out of step he is with the rest of the country. But at least he has Hobby Lobby forcing its prudishness on some of us.

Weirdos.

George Carlin said it best. Did you ever notice how anti-abortion people are people you’d never want to fuck anyway.

In an astonishing turn of events, Mike the Gibbering Retard fails to say anything spectacularly stupid. Children terrified, religious observance reaches all time high.

Perhaps Erick is part of the Quiverful Movement, or no longer sleeps with his wife?
