    I see the point the presenter is making in the video about the coffee shop cartoon, but my first thought about it was “that poor marine” being bombarded with up-sell attempts when he’s just trying to get a cup of coffee and “that poor server” being forced to annoy him, because servers don’t do that on their own, they do it because they’ll be fired if they don’t. Oh, and everything is political, especially coming from people who claim they themselves are not.
