Dinosaurs at the Museum of Natural History

I had a chance to visit the newly refurbished Hall of Fossils at the Smithsonian’s Museum of Natural History. It’s pretty good. Lots of interesting information, the fossils are posed well, and it’s not just about big things with teeth (plant and marine specimens too). The dioramas are also very good. The only drawback is that it’s a little crowded in terms of space, and so there isn’t one thing that draws your eye in (such as the whale in the marine life exhibit). That said, it’s really very well done.
