NASA is having a contest to name Kuiper Belt Object MU69. The official website of the D.C. Council came up with a great idea for a name–District of Columbia:
District residents: Please join me in suggesting @NASA name unidentified space object MU69 "District of Columbia." MU69 is almost certainly uninhabited, but if it isn't, its inhabitant(s) would have the exact same vote in Congress as we do. Vote here: https://t.co/TsFbcq8E0d https://t.co/DaaXWWAu22

So go to the website and enter “District of Columbia.”
Under the “Why do you recommend these names? Use as much space as you need” field, you can put:
MU69 is almost certainly uninhabited, but if it is inhabited, its inhabitant(s) would have the exact same vote in Congress as we do.
And for the website, you can use: https://dc.gov
It can’t be any worse than Spacey McSpaceface…
Done.
