I’m totally a dude, but I have a friend who’s a dude-bro.
I think they start wrestling for kids that young. Actually a check of the internet brings me to some terribly designed web pages suggesting that tournaments exist for 5-6 year olds. Presumably with modified rules (the flexibility of kids that age might make it a bit wonky :P).
