    I have an idea for a new supervillain: Homeopath.
    The compulsory mad scientist dilutes a concoction to such an extent that the memory in the water achieves sapience. Once Homeopath figures what’s going on, it becomes self-diluting; and the reign of terror begins.
    Compulsory happy ending: Homeopath eventually becomes morbidly obese because it can’t forget the heavy water.
